If you would like to purchase our products please read the terms & conditions below before placing your order.

1. As our product is made to order ensuring you get 100% customer and quality satisfaction, fabrication will take between 10-14 days. In some cases this could be longer due to reasons beyond our control which in any case we will contact you immediately.
2. Freight is charged on a quoted basis. Please contact us before placing your order and supply us with your suburb and postcode to ensure a firm freight cost. We aim to provide you with the most cost effective rate available.
3. SGS Engineering Pty Ltd is not liable for any packages that are lost, damaged or delayed by freight/courier companies and will need to be followed up by the purchaser with the relevant freight/courier company. A con note number will be supplied for your reference. If lost product and postage costs will not be reimbursed.
4. Please ensure you provide your correct delivery address when making payment. SGS Engineering Pty Ltd will not offer a refund or replacement of your items if they are sent to the wrong address. Returned freight will be resent to you at an additional freight cost to you.
5. SGS Engineering Pty Ltd does not accept refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty. We will always quality check our stock when fabricated and dispatched to you. If you do receive a faulty item you must notify SGS Engineering Pty Ltd within 48 hours of receipt of the product. We do not accept emails or calls for faulty products weeks after this time. Faulty products will be replaced with a new item and this will be sent to you once photographic proof is given showing the fault.
Postage fees are non - refundable under any circumstance.
6. Unfortunately SGS Engineering Pty Ltd does not offer cancellations or refunds due to change of mind once payment is made so please choose carefully.
Please be advised that some of our products do have rust spots as this is due to the type of materials we use for our products. Mild steel is very reactive to water and oxygen. The best way to ensure a long life of the product would be to oil it and keep it as dry as possible.
